Introducing the TUXEDO InfinityBook Max 15 Gen10: The New Linux Laptop Powered by AMD Ryzen AI 300

Linux hardware vendor TUXEDO Computers has announced the launch of its 10th generation TUXEDO InfinityBook Max 15 Linux laptop, now powered by AMD Ryzen AI 300 processors and equipped with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5000 series GPUs. The new model features an all-aluminum chassis housing various processor options: the Ryzen AI 7 350 with 8 cores, the AI 9 365 with 10 cores, and the AI 9 HX 370 with 12 cores.

This new Linux laptop boasts dedicated graphics options of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 or 5070, paired with 8 GB of GDDR7 VRAM. Configurable storage supports up to 128GB RAM and an extensive maximum of 8TB M.2 PCI Express 4.0 SSD. Additionally, it is powered by a large 99Wh battery, capable of delivering up to 10 hours of web browsing time.

The display is a standout feature, showcasing a 15.3-inch WQXGA matte LED screen that offers a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels, a 16:10 aspect ratio, a refresh rate of up to 300Hz, and a brightness of 500 nits with 1200:1 contrast ratio.

In terms of connectivity, the InfinityBook Max 15 Gen10 includes advanced options such as Intel Wi-Fi 6 and various USB ports, including USB-C and USB4, alongside HDMI 2.0 and 2.1 ports. It also supports Bluetooth 5.3 and features a comprehensive suite of connectivity options including Ethernet and an SD card reader.

Security features of the laptop include TPM 2.0, a Kensington Lock mounting point, a temperature-controlled fan system, and physical killswitches for the webcam, audio, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, adding an extra layer of privacy. The device is equipped with stereo speakers, a Full HD webcam, an RGB keyboard, and a precision glass clickpad.

Pre-installed with TUXEDO OS based on Ubuntu or Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, customers can order the TUXEDO InfinityBook Max 15 Gen10 starting at 1,689 EUR (approximately $1,644 USD) for the base configuration, featuring the Ryzen AI 7 processor, 16 GB of RAM, and a 1 TB SSD. Shipping is expected to commence in early December.
