The pace this week was a bit relaxed as we prepare our systems for the upcoming Fedora Linux 40 and Ubuntu 24.04 LTS operating systems, likely to be launched next week. Yet, we received some exciting news, including the release of the Firefox 125 web browser and LXQt 2.0 desktop environment. Additionally, we had news about the Volla Tablet that runs Ubuntu Touch and the Firefox Nightly binaries designed for ARM64 Linux systems.

KDE Plasma 6 users receive a new point release packed with many bug fixes. Additionally, VirtualBox’s latest release now supports Linux 6.8 and 6.9 kernels. Clonezilla Live also introduced a new release pathed against the recent XZ backdoor.
