TUXEDO Computers has unveiled the 7th generation of their TUXEDO Stellaris 16 Linux laptop, aimed at high-performance gaming enthusiasts. This model stands out with its impressive 1000 nits HDR mini-LED display, offering a resolution of 2560\u00d71600, full sRGB coverage, a 16:10 aspect ratio, and a rapid 300 Hz refresh rate. It boasts a powerful NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 with 24GB GDDR7 graphics memory.<\/p>\n
At the heart of the Stellaris 16 Gen7 is the Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor, featuring 24 cores (8 performance and 16 efficiency), capable of reaching clock speeds of 5.4 GHz. The laptop can be configured with up to 128 GB of DDR5-5600 RAM and ultra-fast NVMe PCIe 5.0 SSD storage.<\/p>\n
In terms of connectivity, users can benefit from a comprehensive range of ports including Thunderbolt 4, USB-C 3.2 Gen2, HDMI 2.1 with HDCP 2.3, Mini DisplayPort, three USB-A ports, and support for Intel Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. The laptop comes pre-loaded with TUXEDO OS, based on Ubuntu, or can be equipped with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. Pre-orders for the TUXEDO Stellaris 16 Gen7 will begin this Friday, starting at 2,479.00 EUR (approximately $2,350) for the base configuration, which includes the Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX CPU, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti GPU, 16 GB RAM, and a 500 GB SSD.
