Mozilla has announced the beta release of Firefox 141<\/strong>, which aims to optimize memory usage on Linux systems. This version follows the promotion of Firefox 140 to the stable channel as the latest Extended Support Release (ESR).<\/p>\n

Key updates in Firefox 141 include improvements to how memory is managed, promising reduced usage without the need for a forced restart when applying updates through a package manager. Furthermore, the browser introduces a new feature allowing users to easily pin and unpin tabs by dragging them to and from the pinned tabs tray.<\/p>\n

Another significant update is the refresh of the customization options for the New Tab page. The previous wheel icon has been replaced with a \u201cCustomize\u201d button that features an engaging fade in\/out effect.<\/p>\n
